Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will have the overall responsibility for maintaining and expanding the customer base within the regional geography. The individual is responsible to maintain client satisfaction and market share by ensuring operational excellence and developing superior relationships with our clients. The Regional Sales Manager is a part of the corporate sales and marketing organization and reports to the Vice President of the Corporate Business Development.

 

SKILLS & EXPEREINCE:

At least 10 years nuclear power industry experience, preferably in project execution, alliance management, engineering, licensing, contracts, or manufacturing

Department of Energy (DOE) experience, preferably in project execution, alliance management, engineering, licensing, or contracts (a plus)

BS Degree in engineering or science related field or equivalent experience

Four year marketing degree or equivalent sales experience is required for the job

Experience/Knowledge of used nuclear fuel storage (preferred)

Heat transfer equipment experience/knowledge (preferred)

Able to problem solve complex technical and commercial nuclear issues

Must be able to gain and maintain unescorted access at commercial nuclear power plants

Must be able to gain escorted access at Department of Energy facilities

Demonstrated superior sales and management skills with accomplishments all through his/her career

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively

Established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people development

 

RESPONSIBILIITES:

 

Position our organization as a premier partner with transparent, honest, constructive, efficient and effective interactions with key clients

Provide solutions to our Clients to ensure Company is Client’s “Go To” supplier

Set long and short term sales strategies for the region

Developing sales strategies and setting targets

Maintaining and increasing sales of our Company's products

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

Servicing the needs of our existing customers

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

Collecting customer feedback and market research

Reporting to senior managers

Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Lead cross functional teams in preparing for interactions with our clients

Plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings

Remain familiar and close to details of the development of technical and commercial initiatives to enable effective day to day coordination with clients

Work closely with the Client to develop and maintain strategic plans for products and services
