Food Service Utility

Principle Duties:

*Washes pots, pans, utensils using proper food safety procedures

*Maintains chemicals and temperature levels

*Keeps dish area orderly

*Sweeps and mops kitchen floors

*Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food prep services

*Removes trash and places it in designated containers

*Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

*Helps load and unload supplies and product

*Breaks down all boxes and disposes of them properly

*Performs other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

*Positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including the ability to speak clearly and convey information accurately

*Team player

*Basic food knowledge

*Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting and standing for long periods of time

*Knowledge of register operation, including cash, credit cards and register receipts

*Must have ability to work with and lead other crew members, as well as the ability to take direction from Supervisor/Manager.
