Position: 2025 Summer Intern – Organizational Effectiveness
Location: Palisades Energy
Dates/ Duration: Summer 2025 (approx. May - September)
Holtec Palisades seeks a highly motivated Summer Intern for administrative programming support with Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development, and Performance Improvement with the company’s Organizational Effectiveness department located at Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Covert, MI.
Palisades is positioned to become the first nuclear power plant in the United States to restart after previously entering the early stages of decommissioning. By joining our team, you will be part of a unique and historic undertaking for the nuclear industry and the nation!
In order to be considered, candidates must be actively enrolled in a college or university. Pay will be determined based on years completed.

- SharePoint design
- Data entry
- Microsoft Teams Survey Development
- Administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
- In good academic standing, with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Well organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and appropriate attitude, appearance, interpersonal skills, and work ethic.
Desirable Additional Qualifications:
- Skills or experience with website design helpful but not required
